Educator: Katie Whorrall, MS Early Childhood Education
Day & Time: Coming June 2!
Mindful Parenting is a nurturing course designed for parents and caregivers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build deeper, more mindful connections with their children. Through a gentle blend of yoga and meditation, participants will learn simple yet powerful tools to navigate the joys and challenges of parenting with greater awareness, compassion, and presence. Each week focuses on a different theme — from emotional awareness to mindful communication — offering practical strategies and heart-centered practices that easily integrate into daily family life.
In addition to guided meditation and yoga flows tailored for all levels, parents will engage in meaningful activities with their little ones, including mindful play and gratitude practices. This supportive, judgment-free space invites participants to share, reflect, and celebrate the small, joyful moments of parenthood while cultivating calm within themselves. By the end of the six weeks, parents will leave with a renewed sense of connection, simple mindfulness tools for everyday use, and a deeper appreciation for the present moment with their children.
