Parenting a toddler is a beautiful, challenging, and incredibly rewarding journey. Parenting 201 is a six-week course designed for parents of toddlers (ages 1-3) who are navigating the exciting world of emotions, play, language, and independence. In this course, you’ll gain valuable insights into your toddler’s developmental needs while learning practical, loving strategies for guiding them through these crucial years.
Each week, we’ll explore essential topics like understanding toddler emotions and what’s behind their behavior, co-regulation (calming together, not controlling), and supporting early language development through play. We’ll also dive into strategies for creating joyful mealtimes, setting respectful limits, and practicing gentle guidance and discipline without punishment. Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to build a family rhythm that honors your child’s autonomy while fostering connection and consistency.
