Phase 1 Main House

In Summer 2025, we are working with

Hawk Construction to renovate a historic house in downtown Ventura. The house is being upgraded to have:

1. Co-working space for parents with coffee and snacks

2. Nursery classroom for 8 with a garden

3. Two toddler classrooms for 12 students each (24 total)

4. Baby bonding room with a kitchenette

5. Two ADA bathrooms (one for children)

6. ADA parking and two ramps

7. Locked exterior courtyard with a green buffer of trees to the road

8. Interior courtyard with a 6-foot fence and green buffer

9. Over 3,300 square feet of natural play space (native plants, rocks, climbing, playhouses, and more!)

10. Outdoor classroom

11. Pergola for indoor/outdoor learning

12. Picnic area for families

13. Updated security features for school safety
