A 6-week, evidence-based prenatal class series designed to equip expectant parents with up-to-date knowledge, practical tools, and decision-making skills for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. This course emphasizes shared decision-making, informed consent, and individualized birth planning, supporting all birth preferences. Partners or support persons are encouraged to attend.
Each session integrates current clinical guidelines, public health recommendations, support strategies, and yoga and meditation to ensure a balanced and scientifically accurate approach to childbirth education.

The price for Parent 1 is $250, and the supportive partner, or Parent 2, is $75. Each partner group will receive one set of materials and supplies.
