Nursery Teacher
We seek a Nursery Teacher who can assist in teaching our nursery class (0-2 years old) daily. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and nature-based education.
The pay range for this position is $20-$24 an hour ($41,600 to $50,000) to commensurate with experience and education. We offer a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and childcare scholarships. Four weeks of paid vacation for full-time staff, and seven days of paid sick leave. Unpaid parental leave for at least a year, or the option to return to work and bring their baby with a scholarship. Preschool Assistant
We are seeking an Assistant Teacher to support our preschool classroom (2-4 years old) on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and an understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and nature-based education.

Part-time Nursery Assistant
The Little Blue Creche is a Reggio-inspired nursery school (0-4 years) and coworking space for parents opening this Summer in Ventura, California. Our programs reflect our belief that children learn naturally through play, observation, investigation, and connection.
