Nursery Teacher
We seek a Nursery Teacher who can assist in teaching our nursery class (0-2 years old) daily. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, RIE, and nature-based education.
The pay range for this position is $20-$25 an hour ($41,600 to $52,000), commensurate with experience and education. We offer a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and childcare scholarships. Four weeks of paid vacation for full-time staff, and seven days of paid sick leave. Unpaid parental leave for at least a year, or the option to return to work and bring their baby with a scholarship. Outdoor Intern
We seek an Outdoor Intern who can assist our educators in leading our adventurers (7-10 years) this summer. The ideal candidate will be enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s program in Education, Early Childhood, Outdoor Education, Recreation, or Environmental Education, and/or have an understanding of nature-based education and/or the forest school model. Camp runs Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled, and adventurous Outdoor Intern to assist our campers in a fun, safe, and educational outdoor setting. As an Outdoor Intern, you will help facilitate a variety of activities that engage children in nature-based exploration, foster curiosity, and build STEM skills in the natural world. This role requires a balance of creativity, safety awareness, and environmental knowledge to help campers develop a lifelong appreciation for nature.
The pay range for this position is $17-18 an hour. This is a 5-week position and is perfect for those on summer break.
