Outdoor Educator
We seek two Outdoor Educators who can assist in leading our explorers (ages 4-6 years) and our adventurers (8-10 years) this summer. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Education, Outdoor Education, or Environmental Education and a deep understanding of nature-based education and the forest school model. Camp runs Monday-Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Teaching hours will be from 8:30 to 2:30 pm three times a week and 9 am to 5 pm twice a week.
The pay range for this position is $20-$25 an hour (commensurate with experience). This is an 8-week position and is perfect for those on summer break. Two days of paid training are also required.

Nursery Teacher
We seek a Nursery Teacher who can assist in teaching our nursery class (0-2 years old) daily. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, RIE, and nature-based education.
The pay range for this position is $20-$25 an hour ($41,600 to $52,000), commensurate with experience and education. We offer a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement options, and childcare scholarships. Four weeks of paid vacation for full-time staff, and seven days of paid sick leave. Unpaid parental leave for at least a year, or the option to return to work and bring their baby with a scholarship. Preschool Teacher
We seek a Preschool Teacher who can lead a toddler or preschool class (2-3 years old), or (3-4 years), daily. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master's in Early Childhood Education and a deep understanding of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and nature-based education.
The pay range for this position is $20-$25 an hour ($41,600 to $52,000), commensurate with experience and education.
