This Parent Coffee will explore co-regulation—how children learn to manage big feelings through the calm, responsive presence of a trusted adult. We’ll discuss practical ways parents can use connection, empathy, and their own regulation to help children feel safe, move through difficult moments, and gradually develop the skills to regulate themselves.
